本文针对当前施工企业的现状及存在的诸多问题,提出要加强内部控制制度重要性的认识、树立风险意识、建立健全内部控制制度、加强全面预算、建立相应的激励约束机制、提高整体人员的素质、加强员工思想道德修养、强化执行与监督力度、管理上要与时俱进等具体应对措施与建议,其目的是编制切实可行的内部控制制度,为施工企业的发展保驾护航。
