输尿管是细长的管状器官,隐蔽在腹膜后,受到脊柱、椎旁肌肉和腹腔脏器的保护,其本身又有一定的活动度,因此,受外界贯穿性或非贯穿性暴力伤较少见。但临床上因腹部及盆腔手术造成输尿管损伤却并非罕见。我们自1975年以来共遇10例输尿管损伤,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组10例,均为女性盆腔手术,年龄40～82岁,平均54岁。1.2 损伤类型
