目的了解广州地区高校离退休老人躯体健康和幸福度之间的关系。方法采用康奈尔健康表（CMI）和纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表（MUNSH）对204名广州地区的高校离退休老人进行调查，用典则相关分析（canonicalanalysis,亦作典型相关分析）的方法把两者的关系充分地揭示出来。结果老人的健康状况与幸福度的关系主要是既往健康状况与一般负性体验的关系，生殖泌尿系统疾病与一般负性体验呈负相关。结论防治慢性病特别是生殖泌尿系统的疾病，改善老人对疾病的态度，有助于提高老人的幸福度。
Objective To understand the relationship between physical health and happiness of retired elderly in universities in Guangzhou. Methods A survey of 204 retired senior citizens in colleges and universities in Guangzhou was conducted using the Cornell Health Watch (CMI) and the Newfoundland Memorial University Wellbeing Scale (MUNSH), using a canonical analysis (canonical analysis, also referred to as canonical correlation analysis) method. To fully reveal the relationship between the two. As a result, the relationship between the health status and happiness of the elderly is mainly the relationship between the previous health status and the general negative experience. The genitourinary system disease is negatively related to the general negative experience. Conclusion The prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, especially diseases of the genitourinary system, improves the attitude of the elderly to diseases and helps to improve the happiness of the elderly.
