目的:测定炒炭不同程度藕节中鞣质的含量变化。方法:采用磷钼钨酸法显色,并用紫外-可见分光光度法进行测定。结果:藕节炒制成标准炭其鞣质含量最高,生品及其余程度炭品鞣质含量均低于标准炭。结论:藕节炒成标准炭后鞣质含量明显增高,但鞣质是否为藕节炭止血的有效成分有待进一步研究。
Objective: To determine the content of tannin in lotus root joints of different degrees. Methods: The phosphomolybdotungstic acid method was used for the colorimetric determination and the determination was carried out by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Results: The lotus root fry into a standard carbon has the highest content of tannin, and the remaining content of tannin in the product and the rest is lower than the standard carbon. CONCLUSION: The content of tannin in lotus root is obviously increased after the standard charcoal is added, but whether tannin is the active ingredient in hemostatic of lotus root joint charcoal remains to be further studied.
