结合三峡工程船闸设计条件,通过比尺为17的物理模型试验,研究了改善双面板型反向弧形阀门底缘体形及相关结构以降低阀门动水启闭力及其脉动值,并通过门体压力分布的观测分析,讨论了影响阀门动水启闭力的主要因素。研究表明,阀门底缘体形对启闭力有较大影响,优化底缘几何形状,可有效减小阀门动水启闭力及其脉动幅值。
Combined with the design conditions of the Three Gorges Project ship lock, through the physical model test of scale 17, the improvement of the shape and structure of the bottom edge of the double-sided reverse arc valve was studied to reduce the valve opening and closing force and its pulsation value, Body pressure distribution of the observation and analysis, discussed the main factors affecting the valve opening and closing force. The research shows that the bottom shape of the valve has a great influence on the opening and closing force, and the optimization of the geometry of the bottom edge can effectively reduce the opening and closing force of the valve and its pulsation amplitude.
