天津市邮电管理局和深圳市华为技术有限公司合作建设的天津蓟县HONET综合业务接入网于1997年2月在天津蓟县通过了技术验收测试,率先将国产综合业务接入系统投入邮电公网运行。此次测试由天津市邮电管理局组织,邮电部电信总局、邮电部传输所、邮电部软件中心共同完成。测试结果表明,在网上提供的各项业务,包括话音、图像和会议电视等,全部符合标准,有线、无线、光纤、HDSL等各种接入方
Tianjin Post and Telecommunications Authority and Shenzhen Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Tianjin Jixian HONET integrated business access network in February 1997 in Tianjin Jixian passed the technical acceptance test, the first domestic integrated service access system put into post and telecommunications public network operation . The test was organized by Tianjin Post and Telecommunication Administration, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, General Administration of Posts and Telecommunications, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications Transmission, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications software center to complete. The test results show that all services provided on the Internet, including voice, video and conference television, are fully compliant with standard, wired, wireless, optical fiber, HDSL and other access points
