为探讨壳管式水冷器在热声发动机系统中的应用,本文对分别采用壳管式及翅片式水冷器时热声发动机系统的输出性能进行了对比实验研究。实验中重点考察了不同温度梯度、声场条件、平均压力下,系统分别采用两种水冷器时输出特性的变化。实验结果表明,两种情况下系统的性能较为接近,功率较大时采用壳管式水冷器略好,反之,采用翅片水冷器略好。平均压力为4 MPa下,采用壳管式水冷器获得的最大净输出声功为695 W,最大热声效率为34.2%;而采用翅片式水冷器获得的最大净输出声功为688 W,最大热声效率为34.2%。
In order to investigate the application of shell and tube water coolers in thermoacoustic engine system, this paper compares the output performance of thermoacoustic engine system with shell and tube type water coolers respectively. In the experiment, the change of output characteristics under different temperature gradients, sound field conditions and average pressure were compared. The experimental results show that the performance of the system is relatively close to the two cases, and the shell and tube water cooler is slightly better when the power is larger. On the contrary, the fin cooler is slightly better. The average net output sound power is 695 W and the maximum thermoacoustic efficiency is 34.2% with the average pressure of 4 MPa. The maximum net output sound power obtained by the fin-type water cooler is 688 W, The maximum thermoacoustic efficiency is 34.2%.
