在新民主主义革命时期,党始终坚持以马克思主义为指导,根据肩负的历史任务来确定政治路线,把干部教育工作作为贯彻落实党的政治路线的先导性措施,大力培养能够适应新形势、满足新要求、完成新任务的优秀干部,有力地推动了党的事业不断向前发展。在这漫长的历史发展中,中国共产党成功地把马克思主义干部教育理论与中国实际相结合实现了中国化。本文以历史发展时间为序,对新民主主义革命时期四个阶段的干部教育情况进行了专题阐述。
In the period of the new-democratic revolution, the party has always insisted on using Marxism as its guide, confirming its political line based on the historical tasks it shoulders, and taking the education of cadres as the leading measure in implementing the party’s political line. It has also been working hard to foster the party’s ability to adapt to the new situation, New requirements and outstanding cadres who completed new tasks have effectively promoted the continuous development of the party’s cause. In this long historical development, the Communist Party of China succeeded in integrating the Marxist theory of cadre education with the reality of China and realized its localization in China. In the light of historical development time, this paper elaborates on the cadre education in the four stages of the new-democratic revolution.
