目的探讨专业教学与心理健康教育结合的有效模式。方法从1~4年级中医专业各随机抽取2个班,共392人,在专业课教学中贯穿心理健康教育;实验前后分别测查SCL-90、TCSQ,并用Q分类法检自我评价。结果整体心理健康状况和应付方式改善明显。结论结合专业进行心理健康教育可在近期内改善医学生的心理健康水平,深受大学生欢迎。
Objective To explore the effective combination of professional teaching and mental health education. Methods A total of 2 classes of 392 Chinese medicine majors were randomly selected from Grade 1 to Grade 4, and mental health education was conducted throughout the specialty teaching. SCL-90 and TCSQ were tested before and after the experiment and self-evaluated by Q-classification. Results Overall mental health and coping styles improved significantly. Conclusion Combined with professional mental health education in the near future to improve the mental health of medical students, welcomed by college students.
