以木薯秆屑、木薯酒精渣、桑枝屑为主要原料进行3因素3水平正交设计,配制不同比例培养基栽培毛木耳。结果表明,木薯秆屑、木薯酒精渣、桑枝屑经过合理搭配,完全可以满足毛木耳菌丝生长和子实体发育的要求,其中以配方3(木薯杆13.8%、木薯酒精渣41.6%、桑枝屑41.6%、石灰2%、石膏1%)生长速度快,产量高,在木薯和桑蚕产区具有推广价值。
The cassava straw, cassava alcohol residue, mulberry branches debris as the main raw material for 3 factors and 3 levels of orthogonal design, preparation of different proportion of culture medium fungus. The results showed that cassava straw residue, cassava alcohol residue and mulberry leaf debris could meet the requirements of mycelial growth and fruiting body development of mauveria vividly. Among them, formula 3 (13.8% of tapioca straw, 41.6% of cassava alcohol residue, 41.6% crumb, 2% lime, 1% gypsum) growth rate, high yield, has promotion value in cassava and silkworm producing areas.
