胡锦涛总书记提出把云南建设成为我国面向西南开放的重要桥头堡,国务院出台了支持桥头堡建设的意见,把云南对外开放提升到国家战略层面,桥头堡建设是云南省未来十年的中心任务。本文分析了公证在桥头堡建设中的重要作用,指出云南公证事业面临历史性机遇,同时有针对性地提出了应对策略。
General Secretary Hu Jintao put forward that Yunnan will be built into an important bridgehead for China’s opening up to the southwest. The State Council has promulgated the opinion on supporting the construction of the bridgehead and promoted Yunnan’s opening to the national strategic level. The construction of the bridgehead is the central task for Yunnan in the next ten years. This article analyzes the important role of notarization in the construction of bridgehead, points out that Yunnan notary business faces historic opportunities and at the same time puts forward some countermeasures.
