目前我国现行的养老保险制度中,机关事业单位人员和城镇企业职工两大类人员采取两种不同的养老保险方式。同等学历,同等职称,同等职务,同等技能,同等贡献的人因退休时的单位性质不同,退休金也不同,企业比政府机关和事业单位的养老金低两三倍。本文分析了当前我国养老金双轨制产生的原因、所引起的危害及应采取的对策。
At present, China’s current pension insurance system, the organs and units and urban workers in two major categories of employees to take two different ways of pension insurance. Equivalent qualifications, equivalent titles, equal positions, equal skills, and equal contributions are due to the different nature of the units in retirement, the different pensions, and the enterprises being two or three times as low as the pensions of government agencies and institutions. This article analyzes the causes of the current dual pension system in our country, the harm it causes and the countermeasures it should take.
