为探寻不同缓解方式对炔草酯引起的小麦药害的缓解效果,于11月17日对大田小麦喷施炔草酯后,分2个时期(11月27日、次年3月2日)喷施9种缓解剂,于特定时间分别调查小麦的株高、产量等指标;次年(3月3日喷施炔草酯,3月10日喷施各缓解剂)对试验结果进行验证。结果表明,喷施炔草酯有效成分240 g/hm2后,小麦株高、穗粒数、千粒质量分别比空白对照减少15.99%、25.52%、12.55%,最终小麦减产34.34%,而药害早期喷施丙酰芸苔素内酯处理穗粒数、千粒质量、产量较炔草酯对照分别增加了27.28%、13.17%、47.47%(初筛);喷施炔草酯有效成分180 g/hm2后,小麦产量下降22.33%,而药害早期喷施丙酰芸苔素内酯处理小麦叶片叶绿素含量较炔草酯对照提高了5.87%,产量增加了25.13%(验证)。数据表明,药害早期喷施丙酰芸苔素内酯对炔草酯引起的小麦减产可起到相对理想的补救效果。
In order to explore different alleviating ways to alleviate the phytotoxicity of wheatgrass induced by clodinafop-propargyl, it was divided into 2 periods (November 27, March 2 next year) Spraying 9 kinds of remediation agents, at a specific time were surveyed wheat plant height, yield and other indicators; the following year (on March 3 spray clodinafop propargyl spray, March 10 spraying each remediation agent) to test the results.
