最近一年来,由于3C行业低毛利的现状,京东开始刻意淡化数码3C商城的定位,转而以“大跃进”式的速度大力扩充百货产品线。为了以速度换规模,今年年初,京东商城以几百万收购曾投资上亿、主营服装与化妆品类网购的千寻网,不过,收购后的千寻网却一度处于抛荒的状态;而试水百货化一年之后的京东,也并未出现显著的销售额增长。据京东内部人士透露,目前整个百货销售额仅占京东总销售额的5%之内。
