利用扫描电镜研究了真空渗入处理对菜薹 (Brassicacampestris)叶片表面结构的影响 结果表明 ,在吸力为 14 4m3 h的真空泵下断续处理 1min +30s后 ,菜薹叶片形成不规则水浸状斑 ,顶端幼叶完全水浸状 ,同时叶片外部形态发生显著变化 与对照相比 ,叶片未形成水浸状部分气孔处于关闭或半关闭状态 ,气孔形状则由长梭形变为细长形 ;水浸状部分气孔处于过度开放状态 ,呈近圆形 ,局部叶表面蜡质、脂质等疏水结构破坏 ,呈碎斑状分散于叶片表面
The effect of vacuum infiltration on the surface structure of Brassicacampestris leaves was studied by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the leaf of inflorescences was irregularly infiltrated after intermittent treatment of 1 min + 30 s under a vacuum pump of 14 4 m 3 h suction, The top leaves were completely flooded and the external morphology of the leaves changed significantly. Compared with the control, some of the leaves did not form partially closed or partially closed stomata, while the shape of stomatal changed from long spindle to elongated shape. Some of the stomata are in an over-open state, and are nearly circular. The local leaf surface wax, lipid, and other hydrophobic structures are destroyed and are scattered on the leaf surface
