本文对ICP光源所用的石英炬管的尺寸,即外管的内径和载气管的孔径进行了初步的实验和讨论;针对我们的分光系统和分析对象,外管内径22mm,喷射孔径1.8—2mm比较合适。观察了一些谱线的ΔS值在ICP光源中的分布及其随载气流量变化的情况,为LiCl溶液中杂质的测定确定了ICP的工作参数。大多数元素的分析下限,对锂而言,约为ppm量级;对水,则为几十个ppb;方法无需分离,具有简便、快速、联合测定等优点;方法的标准偏差不超过10%,回收率大体为90—110%。
In this paper, the size of the quartz torch used in ICP light source, ie, the inner diameter of the outer tube and the aperture of the carrier tube, are preliminary tested and discussed.
