不同于通常基于零部件的序列规划,提出用配合节点序列表征装配序列的方法。构建配合节点模型,并基于此构建装配序列模型及其代价函数。使用模拟退火算法对目标空间中装配序列进行寻优。以某航天产品的装配为例进行验证。结果表明该方法合理有效。
Different from the usual component-based sequence planning, a method of characterizing an assembly sequence with a matching node sequence is proposed. Build the model of cooperation node, and build the assembly sequence model and its cost function based on this. Using simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the assembly sequence in the target space. Take an aerospace product assembly as an example. The results show that the method is reasonable and effective.
