堆石体填筑工程中,为了及时全面地反映堆石体整体压实情况,弥补传统质量检测难度高、周期长等问题,提出了堆石体加固质量评价的塑性变形法,包括累计塑性变形率(密实控制性指标)和塑性变形增量(抗力检测性指标)。通过某工程先导试验段,对不同加固能级、摊铺方式以及补强方案,进行了系统的塑性变形测量,采用正态分布左截尾技术,对剔除坏值后的塑性变形数据进行了统计分析,并以失效概率10%,提出了累计塑性变形率和塑性变形增量的双控制标准。结果表明:累计塑性变形率和塑性变形增量的综合,不仅能有效的反映堆石体压实施工效果,同时可以作为工艺性质量普检指标,快捷有效地评价堆石体加固质量。
In order to timely and comprehensively reflect the overall compaction of the rockfill body and to make up for the problems of high quality and long cycle of traditional quality inspection, a plastic deformation method for evaluating the reinforcement quality of the rockfill body is proposed, including cumulative plastic deformation Rate (dense control index) and plastic deformation increment (resistance test index). Through the pilot test section of an engineering project, the plastic deformation measurement was carried out on different reinforced energy levels, paving ways and reinforcement schemes. The normal distribution left-censoring technique was used to calculate the plastic deformation data after eliminating the bad values Based on the analysis, and with the failure probability of 10%, the double control standard of cumulative plastic deformation rate and plastic deformation increment was proposed. The results show that the combination of accumulated plastic deformation rate and plastic deformation increment not only can effectively reflect the effect of compaction of rockfill body, but also can be used as an index to generalize the quality of craftwork to evaluate the reinforcement quality of rockfill body quickly and effectively.
