教师经常劝诫学生要珍惜时间,努力学习,告诉他们业精于勤,荒于嬉的道理,而好玩又是学生的一大特点。因此,笔者认为说服教育学生不应停留在头疼医头、脚疼医脚的就事论事上,而是要从社会学、医学、心理卫生学的角度,以人为本,探讨学生的内心世界。采用交友、共情、倾听、鼓励、训练等方式,注重在自律的基础上,强调人的潜能开发和个性完美。依靠自己的独立思考和决策能力来自我认识,自我领悟、自我评价、自我斗争,将自己不符合道德规范的言行,调整为符合道德标准的一个痛苦而长期的过程,最终达到助人自助的最高境界。
