目的:研究珍黄丸的药理作用。方法:采用相应的药理学模型研究珍黄丸在抗菌、抗炎、解热、镇痛、免疫、化腐生肌方面的作用。结果:珍黄丸体外有抗菌作用;对急性炎症及慢性炎症具有显著的抑制作用;对大肠杆菌内毒素引起的体温升高显示出一定的解热作用;具有显著的镇痛作用;可明显提高小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬功能,对细胞免疫也有促进的趋势,具有一定的化腐生肌作用。结论:珍黄丸具有显著的抗炎、镇痛及增强机体免疫力的作用,并有一定的抑菌作用。
Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of Zhenhuang Pills. Methods: The corresponding pharmacological models were used to study the effects of Zhenhuang Pills on antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic, immune, and saprophytic myogenic effects. RESULTS: Zhenhuang Pill had antibacterial effect in vitro; it had a significant inhibitory effect on acute inflammation and chronic inflammation; showed a certain antipyretic effect on elevated body temperature caused by E. coli; had significant analgesic effect; The phagocytic function of the mouse reticuloendothelial system also has a tendency to promote cellular immunity, and it has a certain degree of rot and myogenic activity. Conclusion: Zhenhuang Pill has a significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and enhance the body’s immune system, and has some antibacterial effect.
