近年来,疾病监测系统、医疗救治系统、传染病报告系统、妇幼保健系统逐步建成并投入运行,作为公共卫生信息系统中五大基础系统平台之一的卫生监督信息系统建设明显滞后。但是卫生监督信息化建设已经取得可喜成绩,特别是对传染病的管理起到了重大作用。加快卫生监督信息化进程仍然是一项十分紧迫的任务,尤其经费不足、人才缺乏、队伍不稳、职能调整等诸多技术难点和管理亟待解决。本文探讨其破解之策,包括紧迫性、原因分析、信息资源整合、完善平台等,旨在促进信息化建设,利于健康管理。
In recent years, the disease surveillance system, the medical treatment system, the infectious disease reporting system and the maternal and child health care system have been gradually built and put into operation. As the one of the five basic system platforms in the public health information system, the construction of the health supervision information system has lagged far behind. However, the construction of health supervision information has made gratifying achievements, especially the management of infectious diseases has played a significant role. Speeding up the process of informationization of health supervision is still a very urgent task. In particular, many technical difficulties and management, such as lack of funds, lack of qualified personnel, unstable teams and adjustment of functions, are still to be solved urgently. This article explores its solution, including urgency, reason analysis, integration of information resources, improve the platform, etc., aimed at promoting information technology and health management.
