1　病历摘要男,36岁。因发热伴咽痛3天,于2 0 0 3年3月3日就诊。体检:T 38.5℃,精神不振,呼吸平稳,无皮疹及出血点。咽充血,扁桃体Ⅱ度肿大,较多脓栓。颈软,吸气三凹征(- ) ,双肺无音。心音有力,无杂音。腹平软,肝脾未及。四肢关节无红肿及活动受限。血WBC 13.5×10 9/L ,N 0 1 medical record summary male, 36 years old.
