公司不仅要为股东盈利,而且要对社会承担相应的责任。正确处理公司营利性与履行社会责任之间的关系是界定公司社会责任含义的关键。由于在我国,该问题研究起步较晚,许多公司不会意识到承担社会责任所能带来的发展机会与获得的潜在利益,故不能较好的履行职责。因此国家应该在已有基础上进一步发展规划相关法律法规,使企业承担社会责任成为必然。
The company must not only make profits for its shareholders, but also have corresponding responsibilities to the society. Correctly handling the relationship between the company’s profitability and fulfilling social responsibility is the key to defining the meaning of corporate social responsibility. Because in our country, the study of this issue started late, many companies will not realize the development opportunities and potential benefits that can be brought about by social responsibility, and therefore cannot perform their duties better. Therefore, the state should further develop the relevant laws and regulations on the basis of the existing ones, so that it is inevitable for enterprises to bear social responsibilities.
