由国际著名政策研究和协调机构美国大西洋理事会倡办的世界青年领袖会议,今年10月份首次在中国大陆召开。这次20届会议的主题是:“东亚的未来:经济增长和安全的各种模式。”来自各国学术界、企业界、科技界、新闻界、法律界、商界、军界及政界的60多位新生代精英人物,普遍对东亚经济发展表示乐观,对东亚安全体制表示关注,对具有中国特色的浦东、洋浦发展战略模式表示极大的兴趣。
The World Youth Leadership Conference, sponsored by the U.S. Atlantic Council, a well-known policy research and coordination body, was first held in mainland China in October this year.
