随着房地产行业的逐渐发展,房地产行业已经成为支持我国经济发展的中流砥柱。房地产经济的发展带动了中国的经济发展。但在金融危机过后,我国房地产经济波动越来越严重,也严重影响到我国的经济发展。因此,受到了社会各界人士的广泛关注。人们在不断地寻求解决我国房地产经济波动的原因和措施。本文总结了我国房地产经济波动的影响因素,并进一步阐述了解决我国房地产经济波动的有效措施及建议。
With the gradual development of the real estate industry, the real estate industry has become the mainstay to support our economic development. The development of real estate economy has driven China’s economic development. However, after the financial crisis, the real estate economy in our country fluctuated more and more seriously, which also seriously affected our country’s economic development. Therefore, it has been widely concerned by people from all walks of life. People are constantly looking for ways to solve the real estate economy in our country. This article summarizes the influencing factors of the real estate economy in our country and further elaborates the effective measures and suggestions to solve the real estate economic fluctuations in our country.
