采用0.01~0.11KGy的γ-射线照射早期已萌动洋葱,在室内自然温度条件下贮藏,证明0.03KGy以上剂量可有效地抑制早期已萌动洋葱芽的生长,以0.03~0.05KGy为最佳剂量,经该剂量辐照处理洋葱,其贮藏寿命较对照延长5个月。γ-射线照射抑制已萌动洋葱生长的原因,是因辐照损伤洋葱内芽所致。
In the early stage of germination, the onions were germinated with 0.01 ~ 0.11KGy γ-ray and stored at room temperature. It was proved that the above 0.03KGy dose can effectively inhibit the growth of onion germinated in the early stage, .05KGy for the best dose, by the dose of radiation onions, the shelf life of 5 months longer than the control. γ-ray irradiation has inhibited the growth of germinated onions, due to radiation damage caused by onion buds.
