合理地确定动力机器基础的尺寸,可减少基础的振幅,静沉降和偏沉。影响动力机器基础设计精确性的原因之一是对地基土的刚度系数取值的准确性。我国《动力机器基础设计规范》(GBJ40-79)[以下简称《动规》]是以质、弹、阻机械振动理论为基础的。认为基组(机器和基础)仅具有质量而不计其弹性,将地基土看成匀质弹性体而无质量。
Reasonable determination of the size of the foundation of the power machine can reduce the basic amplitude, static settlement and deflection. One of the reasons that affect the accuracy of dynamic machine foundation design is the accuracy of the stiffness coefficient of foundation soil. China’s “basic design specifications for power machines” (GBJ40-79) [hereinafter referred to as “motion rules”] are based on the theory of quality, bombs, and resistance to mechanical vibration. It is considered that the basis set (machine and foundation) has only quality but not its elasticity, and the foundation soil is regarded as homogeneous elastomer without quality.
