对镍基高温合金GH4169进行长期时效实验,分析变形、温度和时间等因素对合金性能的影响,同时对不同状态下时效的合金进行微观分析对比。结果表明:适当的变形有利于抑制TCP相的析出,对提高合金性能有利,合金在40%变形后进行750℃保温50 h时效,处理效果最佳,此时晶内析出颗粒尺寸适中及细小弥散分布的强化相γ’,强化了材料的力学性能。
Long-term aging experiments were carried out on the GH4169 nickel-based superalloy. The effects of deformation, temperature and time on the properties of the alloy were analyzed. Microscopic analysis and comparison of the aged alloys under different conditions were carried out. The results show that appropriate deformation is beneficial to the inhibition of the precipitation of TCP phase, which is beneficial to improve the properties of the alloy. After 40% deformation, the alloy is aged at 750 ℃ for 50 h, and the treatment effect is best.
