目前萃取比色测定锑,主要利用三苯甲烷碱性染料,如罗丹明、甲基紫、结晶紫、煌绿、孔雀绿及品红等。 本文提出利用夜蓝(Night Blue,C.I.No.731)作为萃取比色测定微量锑的新试剂。夜蓝在盐酸介质中与SbCl_6~-缔合,产物可用一些有机溶剂萃取,得到蓝色溶液。本文着重讨论了锑——夜蓝络合物的化学稳定性、萃取溶剂的选择、萃取比色测定锑的条件及一些外来离子对测定锑的影响。利用该方法测定锑较目前常用各法可在更浓的盐酸中萃取锑缔合物,且灵敏度亦较高。
At present, the extraction colorimetric determination of antimony, the main use of triphenylmethane basic dyes, such as rhodamine, methyl violet, crystal violet, brilliant green, malachite green and magenta. This paper presents a new reagent for the determination of trace antimony by extraction colorimetry using Night Blue (C.I. No. 731). Night blue in hydrochloric acid medium and SbCl_6 ~ - association, the product can be extracted with some organic solvents to give a blue solution. This article focuses on the chemical stability of antimony - night blue complexes, the choice of extraction solvent, extraction colorimetric determination of antimony conditions and some foreign ions on the determination of antimony. Determination of antimony using this method than the current method can be used in more concentrated hydrochloric acid extracted antimony association, and the sensitivity is also high.
