在竞争异常激烈的今天,企业的形象与员工的素质紧密相连,员工的职业道德素养直接关系到企业的生存。但是,在实际的职业道德培训中,若一味采用“说教式”的培训方式,对于学历层次较低的员工,接受难度较大。因此,笔者在实际培训中采用“案例式”的培训方式,以生动典型的案例引出职业道德方面的知识,由浅入深,使员工从思想观念上发生质的转变,从而发自内心地去改变自己,自觉地提高职业道德水准。
In the fierce competition today, the image of the company and the quality of staff are closely linked to the staff’s professional ethics directly related to the survival of enterprises. However, in the actual training of professional ethics, if blindly adopt “sermon ” training methods, for lower educational level employees, accepted more difficult. Therefore, in the actual training, the author adopts “case style ” training method, leads the professional ethics knowledge with the vivid and typical case, from the shallower to the deeper, causes the staff to make the qualitative change from the conception and the thought, thus from the heart To change themselves, and consciously raise the standard of professional ethics.
