5月29日,住房城乡建设部建筑市场监管司组织了2013版《建设工程施工合同(示范文本)》宣贯会。7月1日,新版施工合同开始施行。为了让建筑业各有关单位和个人更好地学习和掌握新版施工合同,以达到通过合同管理公平保护发承包双方利益、有效维护建筑市场秩序的目的,建筑市场监管司特委托我刊制作专题文章,介绍新版施工合同的法律定位,解读新增加的82项新合同管理制度和17个条文。本专题还结合案例梳理了12个重要法律问题,汇总了宣贯会现场各地代表提出的30个具体问题及其解答。
