目前,我国社会发展正处于转型的阶段,各行各业的运营发展也在此阶段不断进行改革创新,企业为了能够在此背景下更好地实现转型,对自身人力资源加强改革及管理极为必要。人力资源属于企业文化建设中重要的资源之一,也是企业成功转型的首要条件,有了强大的人力资源团队支持,才能提高企业的核心竞争力,促进企业文化建设的有序进行。然而目前企业在人力资源管理方面还存在诸多问题,对企业文化建设造成严重影响。本文将对该问题进行分析研究,以期促进企业更好地发展。
At present, the social development in our country is in the stage of transformation.
