幼儿园教师的质量决定着学前教育的质量,高素质、专业化的幼儿园教师是幼儿园高质量教育和幼儿园健康发展的重要保障。每一位幼儿园教师都需要不断地学习、提高,都应具有终身学习与持续发展的意识和能力。而幼儿园教师的专业化成长不是一蹴而就的,而是一个长期的过程。会说话的“墙”是指幼儿园园舍、区角等一切环境的统称。它像一个“会运动的生命体”记录着教师在教育过程中的点滴,暂时或永久地展示幼儿及教师的生活,在促进教师专业化成长中具有重要的意义。
