由于矿区地质条件的特殊性,建筑物的基础施工以及整体地面的施工都是非常关键的,都直接关系到整个建筑的安全性。文章首先介绍了矿区建筑常见的岩体移动影响,然后分析了基础施工时应注意的问题,最后阐述了地面工程的基层处理、砂浆抹灰和后期养护工作要点。 Due to the particularity of the geological conditions in the mining area, the basic construction of the building and the construction of the whole ground are very crucial, which are all directly related to the safety of the whole building. Firstly, the paper introduces the influence of rock movement which is common in the mining area. Then, the problems that should be paid attention to in the foundation construction are analyzed. Finally, the key points of the ground treatment, the plastering of the mortar and the later maintenance are explained.
