针对石墨砂型铸渗过程,提出了在碳化物析出条件下石墨砂型铸渗过程的温度场、浓度场、固相分数场统一数学模型;利用有限差分法编制了数值模拟软件,对铸渗件二维不稳定温度场、浓度场、固相分数场进行数值模拟;研究了铸件尺寸、浇注温度、铸型预热温度、石墨砂层厚度等因素对渗层深度、碳浓度分布等的影响;提出了石墨砂型铸渗工艺设计的原则。
Aiming at the infiltration process of graphite sand, a unified mathematical model of temperature field, concentration field and solid fraction field in the process of infiltration of graphite sand was proposed.
