临床药学专业人员基本工作守则是为医疗卫生机构中的临床药学专职、行政管理及工作人员制定的.临床药学是一门特殊的学科,其最终目的是为病人提供最理想的医疗.通过相互合作,采用多种方式提高医疗质量.该守则描述了能影响病人医疗的种种方法,通过明确职责范围和任务,临床药学部门和医疗卫生机构中的其它服务部门相结合(如内科、外科、检验、护理),从而使守则更加完善.临床药学至少应提供下列服务:(1)在所选择的病人组中,根据病人的特殊资料,提供计划、建议和监测方法,修改药物治疗方案.(2)阐明和应用药动学参数来制订病人特定药物的给药方案.
