前一段,我作为总公司党校第23期进修班的学员有幸赴深圳考察学习.在短短的一周内,我们亲耳聆听了几位企业家的兴业之道,目睹了一些企业改革和发展的宏伟蓝图.使我眼界大开,受益匪浅.这里择其一二奉献给读者,或许也可以从中受到一点启发.江总书记为“华为”改诗创立于1988年,拥有1300名员工的深圳市华为技术有限公司,在通讯领域艰苦奋战6年,全力突破程控交换机的研究.他们产品创国内第一,在世界市场上也占有一席之地.去年,每周销售额已达到7000万元.在本世纪末,年销售额预计达到150亿人民币.在1994年北京国际通讯博览会上,华为公司作为唯一的中国参展商跻身其间,以庞大的阵容展出系列产品.引起国外参展商和宾客们的极大兴趣,为我们国家争得了荣誉,受到中央领导同志的肯定.华为公司何以取得这样的成功?从以下这首诗我们可以领略到其中的奥妙:脚踏着先辈们世代繁荣的梦想背负着民族振兴的希望我们是一支诚实向上的力量瞄准美国先进技术紧随日本的优良管理依据中华民族的光荣传统高水平、高素质地建设自己的队伍
