小学生在课堂中不敢向老师提问、乱提问的现象时有发生,至使教学质量难以保障,学生的综合素质及解决问题的能力得不到真正提高。如何在实际教学中,正确引导学生提出问题,成为整个课堂教学中的关键。而这种引导不是即兴的,而是在平时训练中培养出来的。我在近十年的工作中摸索出了几种培养学生提问意识的方法。使学生有“疑”敢“问”在日常的教学过程中,往往离不开与学生情感的交流。老师在授课时的任何心情变化直接或间接影响学生听讲时的心情。
The pupils are afraid to ask questions from the teachers in the classroom. The phenomena of disorderly questioning sometimes occur so that the quality of teaching is hard to protect. The overall quality of students and the ability to solve problems can not be really improved. How to correctly guide students to ask questions in the actual teaching has become the key in the whole classroom teaching. This guidance is not improvised, but training in peacetime training. In the past ten years, I worked out several ways to raise students’ awareness of questions. So that students have “doubt ” dare “ask ” in the daily teaching process, often inseparable from the emotional exchanges with students. Any changes in the mood of the teacher during the lecture directly or indirectly affect the mood of the student during lectures.
