以团体训练的形式对31名与人交流时存在恐惧或焦虑的高一学生进行为期10周的训练,实验前后分别测查PRCA-24、PRCS、MHT三个量表上的得分,团体训练结束3个月后对被试予以追踪调查。结果显示:经10周团体训练后,其在各量表上的得分与训练前基本都有显著差异(P<0.05),追踪评估结果提示团体训练活动结束3个月后效果依然存在。结果说明团体训练方法对消解大学生交流恐惧是有效的、可行的。
A total of 31 high school students who had fears or anxieties when they communicated with each other were trained in the form of group training for 10 weeks. Before and after the experiment, the scores of PRCA-24, PRCS and MHT were measured respectively. The group training ended After 3 months, subjects were followed up. The results showed that after 10 weeks of group training, their score on each scale basically differed from that before training (P <0.05), and the results of follow-up evaluation suggested that the effect still persisted 3 months after the end of group training activities. The result shows that the group training method is effective and feasible to eliminate the fear of college students exchange.
