目的:观察超声对兔胚胎心电的影响。方法:应用低频超声治疗系统,辐照兔胚胎126只,利用数字化温度仪测试了辐照前后胚胎温度变化,应用心电记录仪记录了超声辐照前后的心电。结果:应用9W/cm2、220KHz的超声辐照时间在10分钟内,均不会导致胚胎温度的异常升高;超声辐照后胚胎心电出现三种变化形式即心率加快后恢复正常、心律紊乱和不可逆转的心率变慢,其中辐照10分钟,有77.5%胚胎出现不可逆心电变慢且无异常温度升高。结论:应用这种超声可致胚胎出现急性损伤且该损伤为非温热效应所致。
Objective: To observe the effect of ultrasound on rabbit embryo electrocardiogram. Methods: 126 low-frequency ultrasound systems were used to irradiate the embryos of rabbits. The temperature of embryos before and after irradiation was measured by digital thermometer. The ECG before and after irradiation was recorded by electrocardiograph. CONCLUSIONS: The application of this ultrasound can cause acute injury to the embryo and the damage is caused by non-thermal effects.
