目的:观察苦芪降糖胶襄对正常小鼠血糖及糖耐量的影响和对实验性糖尿病动物的降血糖作用。方法:各组小鼠分别给药7d,观察小鼠的空腹血糖和糖耐量的变化。以四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病动物模型,各组动物给予相应药物28d,观察各组动物血糖的变化。结果:苦芪降糖胶囊3个剂量组对正常小鼠的空腹血糖无明显影响,对正常小鼠的糖耐量有明显改善作用。苦芪降糖胶囊300,600mg.kg-1给药可使四氧嘧啶所致的糖尿病小鼠血糖明显降低。结论:一定剂量的苦芪降糖胶囊对正常小鼠空腹血糖无明显影响;苦芪降糖胶囊可提高正常小鼠的葡萄糖耐量,苦芪降糖胶囊对四氧嘧啶所致的实验性糖尿病有明显的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of bitter suppository Jiaoxiang on blood glucose and glucose tolerance of normal mice and hypoglycemic effects on experimental diabetic animals. Methods: The mice in each group were respectively administered for 7 days to observe the changes of fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance in mice.
