一、国内,外深冷处理工艺方法概况早在本世纪初,国外就开始研究用过渡冷却的方法,改变钢的组织和性能,确定了高速钢的冷处理工艺。但由于科学技术水平和低温处理工艺限制,长期以来,冷处理仅局限在某种合金钢(轴承钢、量具钢)的稳定尺寸和减少残留奥氏体的处理方法上。
