目的:探究临床个体化护理在白血病骨髓抑制期患者肛周感染发热中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉市中心医院治疗的白血病骨髓抑制期患者122例，按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各61例。对照组给予常规药物治疗及常规护理措施，试验组在此基础上给予临床个体化护理。比较两组正常生活能力、住院时间、生活质量、护理满意度及肛周感染发热情况。结果:护理后，试验组的正常生活能力明显高于对照组(n P<0.05)，且住院时间明显短于对照组(n P<0.05)，在饮食控制、按时服药、心理健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组(n P<0.05)；试验组的护理满意度高于对照组(n P<0.05)；试验组的肛周感染发热情况低于对照组(n P<0.05)。n 结论:临床个体化护理对于白血病骨髓抑制期患者肛周感染发热的护理效果显著，是一种有效的白血病骨髓抑制期预防肛周感染发热的护理方式，在减轻了患者痛苦的同时，提高了患者的生活质量。“,”Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized nursing in patients with perianal infection and fever in leukemia myelosuppressive stage.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018, 122 patients with leukemia at the myelosuppression stage who were treated in Wuhan Central Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong Unviersity of Science and Technology were selected and were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method, 61 cases of each group.The control group was given routine drug therapy and routine nursing measures, while the experimental group was given clinical individualized nursing on this basis.The normal life ability, length of hospital stay, quality of life, nursing satisfaction and perianal infection and fever were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing, the normal life ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (n P<0.05), the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group (n P<0.05), and the scores of diet control, taking medicine on time, mental health and social function were all higher than that of the control group (n P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (n P<0.05). The perianal infection and fever in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The nursing effect of clinical personalized nursing care for leukemia myelosuppression period of patients with perianal infection and fever is significant.It is an effective nursing method to prevent perianal infection and fever during the period of leukemia myelosuppression, which not only alleviates the suffering of patients, but also improves the quality of life of patients.
