淳安县第二人民医院有员工260余名,平均年龄只有35.6岁。每年新招聘进院的医务人员快速增长,其中合同制医务人员数量增加尤为明显。笔者结合近8年工作经历,对医院青年员工思想现状、原因分析和对策思路谈几点体会。一、青年员工思想现状和原因分析对新员工来说,由于受社会大环境影响,往往以经济效益高低作为选择科室、专业的指标,而没有很好地了解科室的工作性质、要求和发展潜力等。这样易造成他们工作后难以适应该专业的劳动量和该专业带来的风险压力,在思想上对社会适应能力较差,真实与想象落差较大,出现明显的不适应。
