目的建立微波消解—火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所中锌及其化合物的分析方法。方法样品经微波消解,样品定容至25.00ml进行分析,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所有毒物质锌及其化合物的含量。结果该法锌的含量在0.0~0.30μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数大于0.998,检出限为0.0035μg/ml。相对标准偏差为0.50%~0.90%,加标回收率为96%~99%。结论该法简便、快速、灵敏度和精密度高。适用于工作场所中锌及其化合物的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of zinc and its compounds in workplace by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Samples were digested by microwave, the sample volume to 25.00ml for analysis, the determination of workplace toxic substances zinc and its compounds by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The concentration of zinc in the range of 0.0 ~ 0.30μg / ml showed a linear relationship, the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.998, the detection limit was 0.0035μg / ml. The relative standard deviations were 0.50% ~ 0.90%, and the spiked recoveries were 96% ~ 99%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and precise. Suitable for the determination of zinc and its compounds in the workplace.
