In vitro culture usually takes advantage of callus, but callus leads to genetic variation and reduced regeneration capacity, so it is best not to go through the callus stage in clonal propagation. The test materials used in this experiment were excised hypocotyl segment (1 cm), apical meristem (0.1-0.3 mm) and root segment (1 cm). The results showed that the percentage of explants forming callus in the above three kinds of tissues increased with the NAA concentration in MS medium
