我校原是一所村小,现有21个教学班,48名教师,其中三分之一是聘用教师。由于长期属于村级小学,教师专业发展水平不高,骨干教师比例偏少,科研意识薄弱,校本培训遇到一些尴尬。教师的思维方式具有较为明显的封闭性,严重制约着教师的发展。教师的专业水平要想得到提高,需要寻找适合自己的教研方式。为此,我们开始尝试新的路径。一、创新工作思路,培养团队精神结合我校的实际,淡化网络,注重团队,以
My school was originally a small village, the existing 21 teaching classes, 48 teachers, of which one-third hire teachers.
