目的:了解浦东新区出生人口发展趋势和变化。方法:对2010~2011年浦东新区17家接产医院出生的活产婴儿的出生监测资料进行统计分析。结果:2010~2011年浦东新区住院分娩活产婴儿共77 081例,其中本市户籍活产婴儿35 049例,非本市户籍活产婴儿42 032例,非本市户籍活产婴儿占活产婴儿总数的54.53%;2010~2011年浦东新区出生人口性别比为114.57,其中本市户籍出生人口性别比为107.23,非本市户籍出生人口性别比为121.11,非本市户籍母亲产次2次及以上产活产婴儿性别比高达137.43;2010~2011年浦东新区住院分娩活产婴儿出生缺陷发生率为9.79‰,其中肌肉骨骼系统、眼、耳、面和颈部、唇裂及腭裂发生率居前三位。结论:浦东新区非本市户籍出生人口超过本市户籍出生人口,非本市户籍出生人口的性别比,尤其是非本市户籍母亲产次2次及以上婴儿性别比远超国际社会公认合理值(102~107),非本市户籍婴儿出生缺陷发生率高于本市户籍,非本市户籍出生人口高性别比和高出生缺陷发生率应引起社会关注。
Objective: To understand the development trend and changes of birth population in Pudong New Area. Methods: The data of birth monitoring of live births born in 17 receiving hospitals in Pudong New Area from 2010 to 2011 were analyzed statistically. Results: There were 77 081 live births in Pudong New Area from 2010 to 2011, of which 35 049 live births in the city and 42 032 live births in non-local cities, while the non-local live births accounted for the live births 54.53% of the total number of infants; the sex ratio of births in Pudong New Area was 114.57 from 2010 to 2011, of which the sex ratio at birth was 107.23, that of non-city residents was 121.11, and that of non-local mothers was twice And the sex ratio of live-born babies was as high as 137.43. The sex ratio of non-city domiciled births, especially the non-local mothers’ second and third births, is far more than the recognized fair value of the international community 102 ~ 107). The incidence of infant birth defects in non-city domicile was higher than that of the city domicile. The high sex ratio and the incidence of high birth defects in the non-city domicile registered should be of concern to the society.
