该研究以工作绩效以及安全绩效作为人因失效的度量指标,结合我国制造业企业的实际情况,从人格特质、生理特质、工作要求、工作资源等角度,构建了制造业人因失效影响因素的理论模型。并采用结构方程模型对所提出的模型进行了验证和修正。最终,在理论方面,构建制造业人因失效模型,结果表明:工作要求对职业倦怠有显著正向影响。工作资源越对职业倦怠有显著负向影响。人格(心理)特质对工作绩效、安全绩效有显著正向影响。生理特质对工作绩效、安全绩效有显著正向影响。职业倦怠对安全绩效有显著负向影响。职业倦怠对工作绩效的影响不明显。
Taking the work performance and safety performance as the measurement indexes of human invalidity, this research, combined with the actual situation of manufacturing enterprises in our country, constructs the influencing factors of failure of manufacturing man from the perspectives of personality traits, physiological characteristics, job requirements and work resources Theoretical model The structural model was used to verify and correct the proposed model.
