采用金相显微镜(OE)和透射电镜(TEM)方法研究了Ti-6242S合金退火、焊接显微组织的特征。OE,TEM观察显示:退火板材是双态组织,在初生α相中形成特殊位错组态,转变β中片状二次α相与β相间有界面相。在焊接熔化区看到柱状晶,沿柱状晶界析出针状α,α相间出现蜂窝状结构。
The characteristics of annealing and welding microstructure of Ti-6242S alloy were studied by optical microscope (TEM) and optical microscope (TEM). OE and TEM observations show that the annealed sheet is a bimodal structure, forming a special dislocation configuration in the primary α phase and transforming the interfacial phase between the secondary α sheet and the β phase in sheet β. Columnar crystals are seen in the melting zone of the weld, and acicular α and α phases are precipitated along the columnar grain boundaries to appear honeycomb structure.
